My Account is a central location for all the information you need about sponsorship. We hope it will allow us to serve you more efficiently while equipping you to be a more informed sponsor. (Is that reason enough to join? You can click here to start the process now.)

My Account has many features. Let's say you want your sponsored child’s picture at your desk at work, but you also want it on your fridge so you remember to pray for her at home. By logging into My Account, you are a mouse click away from copying your sponsored child’s picture, pasting it into a document and printing it.

When you click on your sponsored child’s name, you can read the biographical information and learn more about the project he attends and the country in which he lives. Did you know that by clicking on the Project Info and Country Info links, you can see more pictures of your sponsored child’s environment?

Another handy feature of My Account is the ability to update your contact information. If you look on the left-hand side, you’ll see a list of options. Under My Info, you can update your Profile if your address has changed. (Want to check your account information? Click here to start the registration process.)

Keeping your contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) current is extremely important for two main reasons. If we need to contact you with information regarding your sponsored child, you save us time if the information you provide is current.

Including your email address gives us a second option for contacting you if we cannot reach you by phone. It also allows us to send you newsletters about your sponsored child’s country and breaking news that may affect your child.

We promise not to abuse the privilege of your email address. You can even determine your own email preferences by going to My Info and then Email Preferences.

Consider this: for each item we can send via email, we save an average of $2.75 when you factor in the processing, printing, and postage for each piece. Using email instead of mailing paper copies of newsletters or other announcements allows us to focus more resources on the children we serve.
